Our promise
Every Noppy item is printed on demand - made just for you the moment you order. Because each piece is custom-made, we handle returns a little differently than a traditional store. Here's exactly where you stand:

Damaged, defective, or wrong items - always covered
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or simply isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund - your choice, no hassle.

Size and fit
Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If the fit isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery - unworn items may qualify for a one-time exchange. Since every item is made to order, exchanges are handled case by case.

Change of mind
Because each item is made specifically for you and can't be restocked, we can't accept returns simply for change of mind. But if anything is genuinely wrong with your order, we'll always take care of it (see above).

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
